I believe Clinton did know exactly what happened in OKC and who was responsible for it, but in an effort to snatch (?) camera time biting his lip and feeling thier pain he decided it would play much better, with Monica and Impeachment in the works and Paula Jones breathing down his neck, to have some right wing skin head liberation front flunky (who had converted to Islam during Desert Storm), take the blame.OK, let's run through this a piece at a time. Are you telling me that Clinton knew that he was going to be impeached four years in advance?
The OKC bombing was in 1995. The impeachement farce was in 1998-1999 (impeached by the House in 1998, tried and acquitted in 1999).
Next, you're saying that Tim McVeigh converted to Islam in Saudi Arabia. Do you have any evidence to back this up? This is a new wrinkle.
Not so new. If you look up and read the report the reporter who investigated the OKC bombing wrote it pretty well lays it out, I can't rememeber her name right now, but Schiffers is backing her report.
I get carried away with my overwhelming hatred of all things Clinton, and over react, but he was being sued by Paula Jones and he did run to OKC to bite his lip. And Yes, Stephanopolis pretty much admitted Clinton Knew it was a terrorist bombing and chose to hang it on right wing militia.

might have converted. After all, thousands of others did during "Desert Storm". Most of them were just on the religious trail, but this might have been something more dangerous, a discontented fanatic who had finally found a cause. Also, it is conceivable that he converted to some sort of Islamic/cult group. There are a number of such groups operating in the Western world, (i.e. Order of the Solar Temple) and their landmarks are secrecy, high finance, ability to evade the law, willing to murder and commit suicide. I do not have the space here to elaborate about Solar Temple, but take it from me, they are incredibly evil. I sometimes wonder if what we know as Al-Quaida is not a Muslim version of this - a secret cult, rather than an ordinary religious, political or even terrorist group. If such a group was doing the bidding of the Iraqi government, they would be a major problem.
That is speculation on my part. But I agree with okie, we have been at war for just over a decade, and many incidents need to be examined with that in mind.
