This is very understandable...greyout is behind in the polls...if he losses,no, when he losses, he`ll need a job...why make it harder?

okay, but what about the convicted felons who are in the system now? Is there going to be an accounting to that end?

...reforms will be instituted and publicized before criminals can be granted waivers again. Thank God! At first, I thought they were going to keep the poor criminals out of the child care business. Now I see it will be okay just as soon as more bureacracy can be created. Then, after bureaucratic review, the criminals can have access to all the children they want.

Ernest, that was a great find by you on the Fascist/Criminal Davis coddling the pedophiles and other criminals in Child Care.
This is just smoke and mirrors until he gets reelected by the perverts he is covering for. Then he will let criminals, pedophiles and other perverted Rats go back to being predators in child care in Kali.
He must be defeated as he is pure Evil!

During the six-month freeze, Davis said, he wants a thorough review of the background-check system, after which any necessary reforms will be instituted and publicized before criminals can be granted waivers again .... This is potentially bad news for Gov Davis; 6 months (i.e. after the elections) until criminals can be granted waivers to work with children. It looks like he will be dancing a delicate line and is trying not to alienate one of his core constituency groups, the convicted criminal voter block. The only think worse for the Governor would be to alienate the soccer mom voter block.(/sarcasm)

You posted the first thread on this months ago.
Davis is at fault, however, the people who hire these former felons are too blame too.
They spout the liberal line to be able to hire someone on the cheap. Many would rather have cheap than reliable and safe hires.

I'm attending the CRA Board meeting and the CRP convention in Anaheim - typing from some weird phone email machine. Anyway, I heard that on October 18th, the State of California is going to go bankrupt. Ha! LOL!! DUMP DAVIS (before it's too late) and GO, SIMON! For victory & freedom!!!
