It's a very planned invasion. The Mexican government intentionally diverted water from the irrigated farms to ruin the campesinos means to earn a living in Mexico, it admits to preparing little travel kits for them ---obviously the government is involved with their journey to the US --or how else can it deliver the kits with condoms to them? The elites of the Dominican Republic have admitted to such a strategy for some time and they were successful in doing so, which is why NYC is the second largest Dominican city in the world.
The key here is the falling birth rate in Mexico. While traveling the Mexican countryside about a year ago, I noticed that most families didn;t have more than three kids, something that would have been unheard of 15-20 years ago.
The families with kids moved to the US.
Either way ---the Mexican government still plans on exporting a huge chunk of it's population still for the next 30 years at least.
