Other reasons being this POS they call campaign finance "reform", and the shabby treatment too many Senators & Representatives give the Constitution, especially where the 2nd Amendment is concerned, letting states like The Peoples' Republik of Kalifornia totally ignore the thing. The "Bad American" letter a while back said, "if they don't leave the document alone, there's going to be trouble. I agree.
