What I can't understand about this reparations business is how they can hold those whose ancestors never owned slaves or weren't even here in this country responsible for what a small group of very rich people did 200 or so years ago. I'd say they should go after those in Africa whose ancestors captured theirs and sold them to the highest bidder..
And what about the Native Americans, the Chinese who built the railroads, and all of those who have been persecuted when they first came here, such as the Italians, the Irish, etc.
Let's not forget about those Japanese Americans who were rounded up and placed in "relocation camps". What about them?
