( I gave up on women. Here is an email I received this January from a woman I divorced in December of 1985 after her second extramarital affair. We did not have children. She does not understand that I am bitter because I was betrayed, twice. I wonder why she won't just stay away!)

I am very busy now with 1st of the year events but I do want to write a couple of lines. I haven't talked to you in years but my memories of you as a person are very dear.(Not particularly us but you). I remember you as one of the warmest, kindest, honest, sensitive and sweetest people in the world. I wondered where that person went several years ago and wondered if life was so bitter or if you perhaps were bringing this on yourself. This is none of my business and I am not wanting it to be but please know, I have often wondered about you and I will always remember you as I think you truly are, as stated above. I know you are angry at me or just don't like me, I understand. You take good care of yourself my friend. Best Regards,
