We know this but why is he not in Jail???

It's amazing that one man could be crooked enough to warrant 470-pages, on one single subject-but true.
I am so glad that George W. Bush is the President of the United States.

If he's re-impeached and convicted this time, he loses his pension, etc.

Don't bet in any action ever being taken against Klinkton.
Notice first that the CONGRESSIONAL REPORT on this has NO LEGAL WEIGHT.
Then notice that investigations will continue into the DOLLARS FOR PARDONS, but only on cases where they already know THERE IS NO PROOF.
Any cases that may still have valid will NOT BE LOOKED INTO. NOTHING TO SEE HERE.

Where do you get the concept that an ex-president can be re-impeached by the House and tried and convicted in the Senate?

A duck walks into a bar.
"Got any grapes?" he asks the bartender.
"Nope."
So the duck leaves.
The next day, the duck comes back.
"Got any grapes?" he asks.
"Nope," says the bartender.
The next day....the duck comes back again.
"Got any grapes?"
"Look, duck," says the bartender, "I didn't have any grapes yesterday, I don't have any today, and I'm not going to have any tomorrow. And if you come back here asking for grapes again, I'm gonna nail your feet to the bar."
The duck leaves....
The next day, the duck comes back.
He walks up to the bartender.
"Got any nails?"
"Nope."
"Got any grapes?"

"We know this but why is he not in Jail???"
Because the Justice Dept refuses to prosecute him.
He will never be in jail if the Justice Dept does not indict and prosecute.
The liberals will say "Well if he did do anything wrong why wasn't he prosecuted."
The pardons took place over 14 months ago.

This, in my view, is different from yesterdays Roger Clinton story because the AP seems to have an actual copy of the 470-page report and the headline is that Clinton "abused power" not that Roger Clinton is a scumbag. The mod can pull from Breaking News as needed.

"Clinton refused to answer questions from the committee." I'd like to know the specifics behind this. Did the toon claim some privilege? Did the committee send him a subpoena?

It will take years to find all the abuses that Clinton committed because they were well orchestrated. Most or all of his scandals were designed to hide bigger scandals. His administration was well manipulated in preparation for the next Liberal administration. Clinton was being protected since his days as Governor of Arkansa; that's why they misnamed him Slick.

This report is great; however, it points to another illegal activity our last scumbag President was involved in that he got away with. How many felonies does one person get before he ends up wearing an orange suit at the cross bars hotel. Christ, this guy has more felonies than a cat has lives!

More yada yada yada. As one writer put it regarding Ray's report, the only thing that matters to Clinton is the consequences. If there's no criminal proceeding he'll just continue on his happy way, his defenders spinning on about how it was all a partisan witchhunt by rabid Republicans, etc. Just saying bad things about him means nothing to Clinton.

And so, kids, the moral of this story is....ummmm......uhhhh.....well, you know.

I'm praying for the Republicans to gain control of the Senate so someone with cojones will step forward to offer a bill to strip the "great stainmaker' of his pension.

Hummm If I had on my conspiracy hat again, I would claim Marc Rich got that pardon because Mossad had him on tape with Monica... Do I have proof? Nah.. but it sure makes sense. He told her he thought someone was listening and Mossad wanted Rich rewarded for the money he had given to Isreal.
Clinton knew it would raise a whirlwind of controversy. I don't think he did that one for money.
