Teaching the realities of gay life? It seems they was talking the fuzzy feel good illusions of gay life. They were enjoying discussion the "victimhood" of gay/transgender life.

Where are they dicussion the aids epidemic reality of gay life? The std reality of gay life? The transient partner reality of gay/transgender life? The drug abuse percentage of homosexuals reality of gay life? The daily sexual obsession of gay life? The (oh so glorious) one moment stands in bathroom, cars and parks relationships of gay life?

I don't want my children or myself dragged through the muck of the degraded gay/transgender lifestyle. Gay allies? Count me out.

I'm sorry to have to take issue with you here but you have this wrong. It's more like the constant, never ceasing, ever unsatiated, nawing obsession. Before aids, (and it has been show that things are getting back to 'normal') the average DAILY level of sexual encounters between gay men in gay communities was four. Usually with little known casual aquaintences or strangers.

Do you think they covered the "Golden Shower, fisting, rapacious promiscuity,where 100 to 1000 partners per year is common? Do you think they have pointed out that their life expectancy is cut almost in half to the low forties age? Did they point out that they are more than well represented among those who catch and spread the almost 40 versions of STD's and even though they represent about 2% of the population they comand about 70% of aides cases? Do you believe that they pointed out that they execise their personal right to commit suicide or take dope at a rate many times that of the populationa at large? And at least 100 more similar questions.
