We understand that a poor neighbor is somebody that's going to be harder to deal with than a neighbor that's prospering. And that's why it's so important for us to tear down barriers and walls that might separate Mexico from the United States.

Mexican citizens can own real estate in America. But Americans can't own real estate in Mexico. That's a huge barrier to American investment south of the border.

I was told yesterday that this has been changed. Is that possible? The person who told me just came back from there on Sunday after being the guest of a friend who has bought several homes and some other property in Mexico recently. Did he give me the wrong info?
