That's what I was thinking... However, this appears to be part of a new trend, maybe... I seem to recall a news story sometime in this past year, which dealt with a Hit and Run in Las Vegas... what got the attention of the news, however, was the fact that while the victim lay in the busy street dying, people stole his wallet and searched his pockets etc... Sometimes, I'm ashamed to be Human...
