He may run, but in addition to all the reasons you would cite, IMO, his background, right now, is very lightweight. He has always wanted to go to law school -- he should go. His acting career is basically over, and all he does now is complain about the GOP. If he at least earned a law degree, he could at least have something else to do when he loses an election for governor of CA.
