It does seem strange that they "can't tell by looking" if it's kiddie porn. If they can't tell how is Westerfield supposed to know? Maybe that whole charge is BS.

Maybe the girls were over 18 or he thought so and didn't think he was breaking any laws. Who knows ???? If I were in Westerfield's' shoes I would have thrown out anything that wasn't G-rated and would have ditched the Motorhome in Mexico. He seems to have no consciousness of guilt.
