Would you ask him if the investigators who found out about the so called swinger's club found out if the club is limited an entirely upper-income friends?

If this is a club are there "dues"? Money for drugs and toys and to buy silence?

If the van Dams weren't invloved in all this the case would be a lot simpler, lo, there probably would have been no case at all IMHO.

On another thread, it was speculated that perhaps the "dues" amounted to starring in the triple x videos, perhaps sold on the internet or through sleazy magazine ads. It was just speculation, although someone else turned up an article about videos being found of that nature. Since it's not from a news source, we have to take it for what it's worth until more facts come in.
