Did I read you right? If Westerfield cops a plea, then we will NEVER know the details?

I guess the van Dams will be off the hook, but boy would I like to see the made for TV movie about what they were doing that night. Let me guess, they will be cuddled up with a bowl of popcorn, a softdrink, and watching Mary Poppins with the kids. Can't wait.

No,it wouldn't. Not unless you know something about this specific case I don't know. A "normal" plea bargain in circumstances such as this would be to drop the death penalty in exchange for a full and complete confession. If he doesn't say what happened,he gets the death penalty.
