Sorry, we were on a tangent, talking about how the media agenda breeds manipulation of data. For example, you'll hear someone say that "paedophiles prey much, much more often on girls than on boys," but they neglect to realize that AS A PERCENTAGE of paedophiles, gay males are far and away the most represented.

That thought also came to mind for me as well. There was a report on the news that Westerfield moved into the neighborhood in 1996.

I would personally think that any plea agreement would have more to do with any additional crimes against Westerfield and not the Van Dam's. It would be a stretch to think that a 50 year-old man had just decided to become a child molester. The general profile of a pedophile would usually include incidents from earlier in his life.

Lord, girl, are you dense? No one is saying Westerfield didn't have a hand in this...read with an open mind and you will see the perception is there was some "hanky panky" going on that evening which may have resulted in Daniell's death...In plain english, Westerfield might not have acted alone and the VD's may be involved. We will know the truth, tho.

It is childish to suggest anyone turn info over to the police, when they are probably monitoring all the chat rooms, including this, for information. They CAN read, you know.
