When you hit refresh I think you are only loadng less than 100 posts. I am not sure but I don't think new thread helps. Maybe some 'puter' guru on this thread can tell us. Well, I have my preference set to view 250 posts. I have AT&T Broadband Cable and don't have a problem on this thread. I'm no guru, but I haven't seen a thread hit 2000 yet. Sure seems awful big to me and time to a start a new one if folks with dialup are having trouble with this thread due to slow loading due to picture posts?

I have been on a thread which went higher than 4000 posts,
it didn't start to lose posts till we got near the 5000 mark
after 5000 we must start new thread (according to John Rob)
I am not having trouble loading this one yet, and I am on dial up
