No, the "green" world is the world OUTSIDE "The Matrix," which is the computer-generated "blue world."

The remaining central issue for the Government is control & money. All effort is focused on more control, in order to perfect taxation. Every move is an attempt to refine & perfect-taxation having already approached the limits wherein we still willingly PRODUCE. Green issues are but a few of many tools.

New program in Texas, portrayed as a 'pro business' move-first Harris County ( Houston ) & the surrounding counties next few years, are falling under a 'California' style auto emission inspection, two levels for cars under 6 years & those 6 & over ( only 25-30 yr old & 4x4 exempt-for now ). Public officials admit privately they will use this to make cars so expensive, most families will afford only ONE. Ultimate traffic control device-eliminate entire catagories of vehicles, shape purchase patterns, CONTROL the masses & tax their activities. Tweak the equipment & any car can be made to fail-thus economically impractical for all but the upper classes.

This comes hand-in-hand with HUGE toll road/traffic corridor program, which will do other things to restrict travel by personal vehicle. Houston-Dallas-Austin-San Antonio-Houston pathway of TOLL ROAD/RAIL/Utillity corridor. Those federally funded mass transit schemes will grow like a fungus on a wet day. Future propaganda for this 'Corridor' project will emphasize the 'GREEN' aspects & growth management of our millions of new wannabe-Texans.

Add the wonderfully efficient electronics ( chips in every item in society-like very soon ) & all are monitored & thus taxed. No one will do ANYTHING outside the system.

Green, its for the children, diversity, etc., all facets of the same governmental program.
