Ah, all the neo-con arguments come home to roost it seems.

Ever wonder why so much fuss was extended when fellow conservatives support things like the WOD's with "protect" potential" victims and protect the bystander bullcrap.

Well here it is, repackaged and sent back at ya. The State wants to protect us now from Speech. Speech that in and of itself cannot do any harm. But that argument was lost long ago when some conservatives decided to protect the rest of us from drug users. Wether these unruly druggies actually did anything was moot. The potential to harm was enough to justify the extension of the States power.

Sorry if you feel I'm hijacking a thread for WOD. But the Judges line about protection from someones speech, (SPEECH!) reminded me too much of neo-con WOD arguments.

WND is a cowardly zine if they are too scared to type the word nigger. They can repeat every other word except that one. Its almost as discusting as this man being put on trial for using the word [Nigger]. By doing this they give the word more social and political impact then it deserves.

Considering that one can go to jail for uttering the N word, it's perfectly understandeable that they would be hesitant to print it. Don't blame WND for this travesty.
