The lower court granted the Bush Justice Department's request to stop the cases this afternoon, on the eve of trial. Judicial Watch will appeal on behalf of Trulock.

Poooooor Mr Trulock.

When the Democrats are against you, and the Republicans are against you , and the Judges are against you.. you have just been pronounced a dead dead (did I mention Lifeless) DUCK.

Larry Klayman lost another round in court.

Kayman is the only lawyer that could sue himself and lose the case.

Klayman, whatever we might think of him and his motives, has performed a valuable service for the cause of justice in Washington.

Where have our righteous representatives from both parties been hiding?

Why is our justice department so interested in killing a low level defamation suit?

"Already, another case filed before the same court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, which was dismissed, has been reinstated by the Fourth Circuit. This reinstated case involves Trulock's claims against former FBI Director Louis Freeh for violating his constitutional rights."

You might have missed this part when you skimmed through the headline... if you've been paying attention, this was one of several reversals on appeal recently that Judicial Watch has won for its clients. I'm pleased that there are still a few good men willing to stand up for truth and integrity in government.

What an idiotic statement. You don't know what you're talking about on this one.

Bush's treatment of Trulock and Linda Tripp is despicable. These two people helped get him elected by exposing the Clinton's corruption and he gives them the shaft. Sometimes I wonder if Clinton has something on Bush that scares Bush away from helping these people out.

He's the only one with enough guts to fight governmental corruption also. Crazy thinker, thinking he can win against the government.
