So the very knowledgeable European Elites, who seem to know it all, thinks that the US can go back to the time before 9-11. Yeppur... In their dreams!

Making them nervous? Regan made everyone nervous talking about the "evil empire" and look where it got us.
Bush is calling it like he sees it, and that is what you have to do when confronting punks and bullies. Have these whiners looked at the official news agency of North korea over the past few years?
KOREAN CENTRAL NEWS AGENCY OF DPRK

These monkeys thought the same when Reagan declared the USSR the "Evil Empire". The Left here in the USA freaked out over that statement as well.

They're nervous? Hmmmmm...maybe they have something to hide? Who are they with? The terrorists or with US?

KRISTOL: Well, the Europeans do believe that there is an axis of evil in the world. It's just that they believe the axis of evil is Bush, Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz. HUME: Really?
KRISTOL: Not quite,
Kristol impresses me as an adolescent who never quite grew up. Inane comments like this remind me why he is so irritating.
Fortunately we have an "Axis of Adults" in this administration.

Yeah, but I'll bet they're not too nervous to accept our aid money........what a bunch of weenies.
To: vannrox
what I was struck by was the degree of potential disagreement, certainly among Democratic congressmen and Democratic foreign policy advisers with the presidentAnd this would matter how?
Kristol just continues to amaze me.

and the thought of another terrorist attack doesn't make them more nervous? What, are you going to negotiate with them? Why not just give them your first born male child? Maybe that would "appease" them.

It is my belief that the United States of America is the only country left in the world that has any real men. The Islamic terrorists love to kill innocents, especially women and children and the Euro's love to whine about any response we have to it. It is obvious who the real men are. The real men are the ones with BALLS.

"I think you could have a big political fight in the United States if the president's popularity starts to dip, and he is going to have to take the case to the country for Iraq." Hey, Billy-boy. One of the reasons President Bush's popularity is so high is in large part because he's prepared to do whatever it takes to remove this evil threat to the US----inspite of Europe's nail-biting and vapors.

Allies? I wasn't aware that the U.S. had any allies other then England. The other countries seem to be in the French camp of kiss the terrorist bastards ass.
To: Joe Boucher
They hate George W. Bush in the same breath they hate Ronald Reagan. We should have signed their whole sorry asses over to Gorbie back then to give a taste of what being oppressed was like. They're nothing but a bunch of overprivileged, whining pansies. And they dare call themselves "our allies!" That takes chutzpah after what happened back on Sept. 11th.
To: goldstategop
They're nothing but a bunch of overprivileged, whining pansies....Let me second that. They need to just get out of our way and let us do the job that needs doing. Who needs 'em?

The only time most countries are our allies is when they need the U.S. to come save their butts. Next time I say let libya or some other crap hole have their way with Italy or France or wherever.
