No, he was saying that back at the time it happened, that is was thought to be terrorism. He made that point at least twice.

Yeah, I noticed that, too, along with the Olympic Park bombing mention. But he may have been saying that AT THE TIME they all thought it was probably terrorism. Would be interested in hearing him speak directly to the allegations that terrorists were involved in TWA 800 and the Olympic bombing(anyone besides Rudolph?)
