You can do it to those that use Inktomi, like MSN, AOL, Hotbot, and whoever else partners with Inktomi. Google won't follow something in a frameset, but it will, of course, check whatever meta-tags you want to set. That may be enough to be a pest in the Google listings since that search engine typically lists only the top two results from any one domain.

Some Web surfers might confuse Democrats.com with the official site of the Democratic National Committee, as their addresses differ only in suffix. The DNC's homepage is Democrats.org.

The obvious conclusion is that Democrats are too stupid to figure out the difference between "democrats.com" and "democrats.org".

Why? Because there isn't any.
