The bogus names can be submitted to search engines

Most crawler-bots will not follow a re-direct, and none (that I'm aware of) will load a frame.

You can do it to those that use Inktomi, like MSN, AOL, Hotbot, and whoever else partners with Inktomi. Google won't follow something in a frameset, but it will, of course, check whatever meta-tags you want to set. That may be enough to be a pest in the Google listings since that search engine typically lists only the top two results from any one domain.
