Dead right. Get hinky on an airliner and you better have a LOT of friends along.
Sucker plan. They'd best get back to the drawing board.

They need a 737 or bigger dont they according to design specs My understanding is they need something larger than a 707, how much larger I wouldn't know, and likely neither would they. 737 is smaller than 707 and 727 for that matter. 747, 757, 767, DC-10/MD-11, and some Airbuses (most) are larger than 707.

Between this thread and the one on Rummy's speech today....I think I'll crawl into bed and pull the covers over my head.....maybe Jeb's daughter has the right idea..LOL

Yeah, aggie, Dog really came up with some brilliance. Bet a fourth grader could have come up with Dog's idea, or mine for that matter.

Several media outlets reported (citing access to classified information)that the original target of Flight 93 was Three Mile Island.

Can we safely assume that they meant "airliner" and not "airline",
because if they don't I figure some airline is in big trouble!

General Aviation aiports have no security,,and look atb the size of some of the business jets...how hard woult it be for a bunch to charter a Gulfstream V...take it over in flight, and dive into Indian Point?... Not hard at all.

Why would the government "leak" it as opposed to just releasing the info?

What are you being so defensive about? Do you think you are that brilliant? Maybe you should go work for Tom Ridge?

Did they find any copies of the movie "Castaway" in Afganastan? They could have used the movie to see what the inside of a FedEx jet looks like.

It's not the containment building that they will likely hit, but the waste storage area.
You can thank the environmental lawyers for holding up construction at Yucca Mountain.
So when do the AA batteries go in?
