Driving is a privilage, NOT A RIGHT.
You have NO RIGHT to be on the highway.
If you don't want to play by the rules. Simple, DON'T DRIVE.
Read your drivers license carefully, Accepting the license, means you give up a lot of rights. One is you agree to submit to ANY drug & alcohol test while driving.
