I just hate it when articles are renamed. But how did two different authors get credited for the same article? That is confusing me.
It's not an article renamed. It's two different articles. Mine ran on the UPI wire yesterday at 10:06 a.m. Professor Rotunda's article ran today in National Review Online. However, it's the same subject, and he reached the same conclusions that I did. I know Rotunda. He's a conservative, a smart cookie, and on the short list to be named to the federal bench.
