And, while I'm thinking about it, QUIT trashing our conservative candidates.

Well, I think if we don't keep their feet to the flames they will end up going to watch movies and socializing with super liberals such as Ted Kennedy. They might go as far as to adopt their issues and sign in legislation that is close to their liberal hearts like massive spending on education.

Oh wait...too late...

I'd agree with that, but then you addressed a specific issue. In my opinion that isn't trashing. It's valid observation from you prespective.

There is a huge difference between valid or constructive criticism and trashing. You can criticize and debate a person's policy or position all day long, but those who continuously trash, bash, smear, libel or slander any our conservatives will probably not receive a very warm welcome here. Might even end up considered a DU disruptor and find his posting privileges revoked. Leave the leftist smear propaganda off please. One of our long term goals is to halt the erosion of our individual rights and to restore constitutional government. With this in mind, one of our objectives in the coming election cycle has to be to try to restore a conservative Senate majority and to strengthen our majority in the House. We also want to see as many conservatives as possible elected to state and local offices. To accomplish this, we obviously need to support those conservative candidates who stand the best chance of defeating the liberal.

"And, while I'm thinking about it, QUIT trashing our conservative candidates"

Hi guys. Hey Admin Moderator, you don't mean we "can't" disagree with a candidate right? I mean, if I like Bill Simmons for Gov more than Riordan, I can say so right?

For instance, I just saw where Haley Barbour is considering running for office. I don't happen to think he would serve conservatives well (Some extremely fishy dealings with China during his tenure as RNC Leader). And I also think if we just support someone cart blanche' because of political affiliation, then we are as bad as all those democraps who supported Clinton for the same reasons.

I'm just quantifying, because the above statement.. "could" be misconboobulated.. :o)

Big freepin hug and regards.. Mary Ann
