DEATH BY MISREPORT: 4TH-ESTATE MALFEASANCE AND 9/11
NEW YORK POST, THE NEW YORK TIMES, C-SPAN | 1-28-02 | Mia T

DEATH BY MISREPORT: 4TH-ESTATE MALFEASANCE AND 9/11

This misreporting actually endangers people's lives. By selectively reporting the news and turning a defensive gun use story into one where students merely "overpowered a gunman" the media gives misleading impressions of what works when people are confronted by violence.

The Missing Gun

New York Post | 25 January 2002 | John Lott

Q ERTY6 (clinton was an utter failure) 4th-Estate Malfeasance REALITY CHECK bump!
New York Times Chairman/Publisher Arthur Sulzberger, Jr. admits to Brian Lamb:
  • "Times dropped ball during Holocaust by failing to connect the dots"
  • Times was able to endorse clinton by separating clinton's "policies" from "the man" [i.e., by failing to connect the dots!]

by Mia T, November 30, 2001

Calpractice and/or malfeasance by "compartmentalization" redux...

It appears that The New York Times doesn't learn from its mistakes. Will it take the Times another 50 years to understand/admit that by having endorsed for reelection a "documentably dysfunctional" president with "delusions" -- its own words -- it must bear sizeable blame for the 9-11 horror and its aftermath ?

(Note, by the way, the irony of Sulzberger's carefully worded rationalization of the clinton endorsements, pointing to clinton "policies," not achievements, (perhaps understanding, at last, that clinton "achievements" -- when legal -- were more illusory than real--perhaps understanding, at last, that the Times' Faustian bargain was not such a good deal after all).).

If we assume that the clintons were the proximate cause of 9-11 --- a proposition not difficult to demonstrate --- it then follows that The New York Times must bear sizeable blame for the 9-11 horror and its aftermath.

"I think the rock is still there, but I'm not sure," Helen quipped. Her punch line to clinton's response to her question about a -- (only in Helen's mind) -- 'fantasy' -- clinton kleptocracy, was in fact 4th-estate CYA-ing disguised as a joke.

Unbeknownst, however, to the always clueless Helen, the one-liner she was delivering was indeed a joke; it was the butt of the joke that was her misreport...

In the end,
if clinton's arrogant, ruthless, reckless nature is restored to him,
it seems the joke will be on all of us,
for it will be a victory for infinite victimhood and irresponsibility,
for seduction, for violence, for nihilism, for anarchy.

We will have set apart clinton as the hero
by making his victims less human than he;
we will have allowed clinton to carefully estrange us from his victims
so that we can enjoy the rapes and the beatings
as much as clinton himself does.

CLINTON-WAS-AN-UTTER-FAILURE Containment Team Scheme Fails Again

Ollie North Laughs Ann Lewis Off Stage
by Mia T

CEW YORK, Jan.4--Second-string clinton lapdog, Ann Lewis, failed in her attempt to implement the CLINTON-WAS-AN-UTTER-FAILURE Containment Team Scheme on "Hannity & Colmes" tonight. The team's implementation score, thus far, is 352 failed attempts and zero successes, despite the best aiding-and-abetting efforts of The New York Times, the Washington Post and Helen Thomas.

Rather than disproving the motivating premise of the Harlem-hatched mission -- a clinton legacy of depravity, ineptitude and failure -- Lewis' tired shtick only served to underscore the premise's essential truth.

Oliver (Ollie) North, a combat-decorated Marine and host of the Fox News show, "War Stories," was substituting for Sean Hannity. Ollie delivered the coup de grâce: "Reagan didn't need to remind the people about his legacy... The people already made up their mind about clinton."

Said another way, the very existence of the CLINTON-WAS-AN-UTTER-FAILURE Containment Team Scheme is confirmation that clinton was, indeed, an utter failure.

The Moribund clintons & 4th-estate malfeasance Post 9/11

THE HILLARY, YOU KNOW, CLINTON TRANSCRIPT:

Analyzed and Annotated

by Mia T

January 22, 2002

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE [YOU KNOW] 'UPDATED'

ABSTRACT

Background:

Using internal polling, the clinton 'infrastructure' determined that its cozy-clintonoid-interviews-of-the-Colmes/King-kind-scheme is no longer working. The scheme, which successfully shepherded and shielded the vacuous, inept, corrupt clintons for nine years, is now, post-9/11, yielding diminishing returns--and worse--increasing ridicule.

Hence, we had the clinton 'infrastructure' interviewer recalculation last week that specified more interviewer gravitas...and less lapdog...but not more doggedness...that is to say...that specified Jeff Greenfield.

A miscalculation, as it turned out. Greenfield made up in contempt what he lacked in inexorability. (Although he conducted the entire interview circumambulating on eggshells, Greenfield did eventually ask the ugly questions.)

Analysis:

Greenfield's circuitous path to clinton depravity and failure necessitates a nonlinear analysis of the data; we will use a nonlinear least squares curve fitter. Proportional hazards political survival regression analysis will generate a political survival curve for hillary clinton, which will show her viability (so to speak) over time.

Political survival time is defined as the length of the interval between the initial political trial balloon and political moribundity. Political moribundity is defined as two consecutive political failures--(one in the case of 9/11), or three not-necessarily-consecutive boo-filled public appearances, or one instance of a serious proposal generating laughter.

ASIDE: Since by any of these standards, hillary clinton is already flatlined, the more interesting question for this analysis would be: "What the hell is this moribund loser doing in the political arena, anyway?"

Survival is influenced by one or more factors, called "predictors" or "covariates", which may be categorical (such as the quality of 'infrastructure') or continuous (such as intellect or eloquence or character).

Results:

  • clinton rigor mortis rendered any discussion of clinton moribundity moot.
  • Nonetheless, one of the more significant continuous predictors of political moribundity is clinton's tic-like insertion of "you know," a marker for ineloquence, vulgarity, ignorance, rube-meets-valley-girl demographics, low self-esteem, anxiety and insincerity.
  • clinton uttered "you know" 52 times. (Greenfield eventually caught the bug and uttered six "you knows," himself--a cautionary tale for wannabe electronic lapdogs.)
  • Frequency of clinton "you knows" varied directly with intensity of Greenfield contempt and inversely with magnitude of Greenfield softballs.
  • clinton confirmed my hypothesis of Rubin complicity in a clinton coup. See "The Daschle Scheme".

GREENFIELD: Tonight, a conversation with Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton on the nation and the world after September 11, on GREENFIELD AT LARGE.

THE COMPLETE ANNOTATED INTERVIEW (NB: a very long, you know, download because of the, you know, clinton criminal, you know, redundancy.)

Vernon Jordan was well known inside the Beltway, but virtually unknown outside of it until he was identified as one of Clinton's bestest buddies. Rather ironic that A) he felt compelled to write his memoirs (just who here knows of ANYONE who would buy an autobiography of a crook like Jordan?) and B) that he would omit any discussion of the very relationship that put him in the public eye.

Jordan should be very, very worried. He knows where too many bodies are buried..........literally and figuratively. He also is keenly aware of what has happened to others with such knowledge of the Clintons in the past.

Wall Street Project, clinton, Jesse Jackson and the Death of Ron Brown

At least in the case of Ron Brown, why aren't Americans aggressively pushing Congress and the Justice Department to get at the truth? James Dale Davidson has a theory:

"We're in the point of a hillbilly song, and the line was, 'We really don't want to know.' I really don't want to know. People sometimes shy away from unhappy truths."

Dying to Tell: The Mysterious Deaths of Clinton Colleagues

Jesse Jackson calls for probe of Ron Brown's death

CASHINGTON (January 6, 1998 01:18 a.m. EST -- Jesse Jackson said Monday the death of Commerce Secretary Ron Brown should be investigated "to relieve people of reasonable doubt."

"There is everything to be gained from pursuing an investigation," Jackson said in an interview with New York City talk radio host Gary Byrd. "It may only prove that he was not murdered. But that would relieve people of reasonable doubt."

Air Force Lt. Col. Steve Cogswell, a deputy medical examiner at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, said in November that an unusual wound at the top of Brown's head could have been a bullet hole, and an autopsy should have been done to find out.

Cogswell did not participate in the examination of Brown's body after it was returned from Croatia. No autopsy was conducted.

Government investigators concluded that Brown died of multiple injuries sustained in the crash of the Air Force plane in which he was a passenger. The plane slammed into a mountain in Croatia in April 1996, killing all 35 aboard.

Col. William T. Gormley, the assistant armed forces medical examiner who conducted the external examination of Brown's corpse, was quoted in an Air Force statement as saying he had ruled out the possibility of a gunshot wound.

"Due to the initial appearance of Brown's injuries we carefully considered the possibility of a gunshot wound," Gormley said. "However, scientific data, including X-rays, ruled out that possibility."

But the government statements have done little to quell the controversy, especially among some influential blacks like NAACP President Kweisi Mfume and Rep. Maxine Waters, head of the Congressional Black Caucus. Both have called for further investigation of Brown's death.

Two weeks ago, civil rights activist Dick Gregory was arrested during a protest outside the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington to demand an independent investigation into Brown's death.

"I think people have a right to know what really happened," Jackson said.

Parallax View, Posthumous Treason
by Mia T

Cn 15 January 1998, standard issue clinton hush money passed flagrante delicto right under the Fourth Estate's patrician nose, the congenital skew of which apparently restricting its line of sight to the obvious payoff. (Conservative estimate puts the permanent elitist nasal tilt at 60º with the horizon compounded by a severe, left-deviated septum.)

You may recall that immediately after various world-class forensic experts (some of them devout Democrats who twice voted for clinton) identified a probable bullet wound atop Ron Brown's head, Reverend Jesse Jackson and his Black Caucus cohorts were literally screaming for an independent investigation of the Brown death, demanding an immediate exhumation and autopsy.

Two points to ponder:

•Under federal law Brown's cabinet position mandated an autopsy

•Brown died in a plane crash far more -- shall we say ambiguous -- than the crash that took the life of JFK, Jr. whose autopsy was both a given and instantaneous.

Back to that week in January...
It was a rather busy week for clinton, what with his own sexual-predation/perjury/obstruction-of-justice deposition on Saturday, Ken Starr combing through his congenitally corrupt wife's crimebook on Wednesday, Alexis Herman being added to that burgeoning list of corrupt cabinet clintonoids as of Thursday and Saddam jerking him around every day.

Yet Clinton somehow found the time to journey to Wall Street to aid and abet Jesse Jackson in his continued racial extortion of corporate America. The immediate payoff for Jackson -- $500,000, with potential millions to follow ($2,250,000 in 1998 alone, according to Bill O'Reilly)

It is noteworthy that after 15 January 1998, Jesse Jackson and the Black Caucus never again mentioned the need for an autopsy or an independent investigation of Ron Brown's death.

The co-clinton/Brown Commerce Dept.

was up to its evil-eyeballs
in corruption. . .
Given the manner of death, the irony of Ron Brown's antemortem warning to clinton, "I will not go down alone," is hard to miss.

More difficult to see, perhaps, and even more ironic, is that "I will not go down alone" is the perfect--if unintended--descriptor of the inept and depraved co-clintons.

Let us pray that the damage they have done to this country, to "the children," to the world, to civilization, itself, is reversible.

9/11: A NARCISSISTIC CORRUPTION & COWARDLY INEPTITUDE TRIANGULATED
Clinton's failure to grasp the opportunity to unravel increasingly organized extremists, coupled with Berger's assessments of their potential to directly threaten the U.S., represents one of the most serious foreign policy failures in American history

Clinton Let Bin Laden Slip Away and Metastasize

Bill Clinton may not be the worst president America has had, but surely he is the worst person to be president.*

---GEORGE WILL, Sleaze, the sequel

Had George Will written Sleaze, the sequel (the "sequel" is, of course, hillary) after 9-11-01, I suspect that he would have had to forgo the above conceit, as the doubt expressed in the setup phrase was, from that day forward, no longer operational.

Indeed, assessing the clinton presidency an abject failure is not inconsistent with commentary coming from the left, most recently the LA Times: "Clinton Let Bin Laden Slip Away and Metastasize."

When the clintons left office, I predicted that the country would eventually learn--sadly, the hard way--that this depraved, self-absorbed and inept pair had placed America (and the world) in mortal danger. But I was thinking years, not months.

It is very significant that hillary clinton didn't deny clinton culpability for the terrorism. (Meet the Press, 12-09-01), notwithstanding tired tactics (if you can't pass the buck, spread the blame) and chronic "KnowNothing Victim Clinton" self-exclusion.

If leftist pandering keeps the disenfranchized down in perpetuity, clinton pandering,("it's the economy, stupid"), kept the middle and upper classes wilfully ignorant for eight years.

And ironically, both results (leftist social policy and the clinton economy) are equally illusory, fraudulent. It is becoming increasingly clear that clinton assiduously avoided essential actions that would have negatively impacted the economy--the ultimate source of his continued power--actions like, say, going after the terrorists.

It is critically important that hillary clinton fail in her grasp for power; read Peggy Noonan's little book, 'The Case Against Hillary Clinton' and Barbara Olson's two books; it is critical that the West de-clintonize, but that will be automatic once it is understood that the clintons risked civilization itself in order to gain and retain power.

It shouldn't take books, however, to see that a leader is a dangerous, self-absorbed sicko. People should be able to figure that out for themselves. The electorate must be taught to think, to reason. It must be able to spot spin, especially in this age of the electronic demagogue.

I am not hopeful. As Bertrand Russell noted, "Most people would sooner die than think; in fact, they do so. "

*George Will continues: There is reason to believe that he is a rapist ("You better get some ice on that," Juanita Broaddrick says he told her concerning her bit lip), and that he bombed a country to distract attention from legal difficulties arising from his glandular life, and that. ... Furthermore, the bargain that he and his wife call a marriage refutes the axiom that opposites attract. Rather, she, as much as he, perhaps even more so, incarnates Clintonism

a Mad Hatter tea party?

Or a hillary-does-Martha garden party?
by Mia T

Hillary Clinton's equal and inapposite reactions seem to be, at first blush, instances of the immutable First Law of The Betrayed and Humiliated Wife: Outdo the errant hubby's doxy...at all cost.

Thus, Vanity Fair's glamorous Marilyn-Monroe spread of Monica's digitally reduced spread was answered by Vogue's lushly Elizabethan, gauzy-focus, hindquarter-cropped-pleated-and-flounced, Queen-Hillary-for-President cover.

And now we have Hillary Clinton doing a Martha Stewart, who herself, is purported to have been "done" by the aforementioned errant rogue (notwithstanding the plain fact that Martha is more well-known for her tarts than for being one).

Seems Hillary Clinton is now writing a book titled "An Invitation to the White House" in which she will follow the format of the Martha Stewart classic, "Entertaining", claim multifarious Martha-Stewart talents and wrap her indecorous and corrupt, backwoods, backroom style of White House "entertaining" in Martha-Stewart elegance and purity.

"The Clinton White House has been noted for the...innovation of its events," said Carolyn Reidy, president of Simon & Schuster's Trade Division, the book's publisher.

Hillary Clinton's spokeswoman, Marsha Berry, added that the book will focus on how the Clintons have "advanced the availability" of the White House by increasing the number and diversity of people; that it will "highlight the access that the Clintons have given to more people, more types of entertainment..."

It should be emphasized that it was without even a trace of irony or the slightest smirk that both women related the above.

On closer inspection, Hillary Clinton's bizarre behavior is more than simple Ivana Trump-eting. It is vulgar, compulsive, shameless, smarmy, contemptuous, demagogic, megalomaniacal, in-your-face naked clintonism.

It is one thing for the frumpy, chipmunk-cheek, huge-hindquarter fishwife to insinuate her image -- albeit Elizabethan-shrouded and low-res-clouded -- onto the cover of Vogue; but it is quite another for the corrupt harpy to trumpet White House access even as new charges emerge of the clintons' rapes and other predations, the clintons' corrupt quid-pro-quo arrangements with a menacing and motley assortment of drug dealers, gun runners and nuclear weapons makers.

For Hillary Clinton to vaunt White House access just as the clintons' China treason is becoming increasingly, patently manifest to all requires a certain level of contempt for the people and for the country that is uniquely clinton.
Thank heaven for small favors...

Or as the real Martha Stewart would say,

"That is a good thing."

The Queen of Torts faked the Queen of Tarts,
All on a winter day.
Her Knave of Hearts, he stole Tarts' tarts
And took them quite away!
...And that is not a good thing."

(with apologies to the White Rabbit)

68 rms riv view
NY househunting for AR felons

In my view, "Newgate" would be the perfect home for the clintons.
Erected in rural country ("pleasant, airy, and salubrious," as Thomas Eddy called the site in his 1801 book), Newgate was located about two miles above City Hall in what is now Greenwich Village. (Selling point: Hillary-as-Giuliani-irritant is inversely proportional to distance of clinton abode from City Hall.) Construction was begun in the summer of 1796 and finished in late 1797.

On four acres overlooking the Hudson River, the Doric-style building was of two stories with a cupola, surrounded by a stone wall ranging from 14 to 23 feet high. It contained 54 12-by-I 8-foot rooms designed for eight persons each; there were also 14 solitary cells, eight feet by six feet and 14-foot high, with windows eight feet from the floor, for a total capacity of 446 occupants. A large room for a chapel was set aside, as were living quarters for the keeper and his family. Another two-story building of brick, 200 feet long by 20 feet wide, contained the work-shops. There was also a garden "in excellent order," as Eddy wrote. 'The entire cost of the grounds, buildings, and a wharf on the river-front was $208,846. The first "residents" arrived Nov.28, 1797.

Caveat emptor!
The clintons would be wrong to automatically equate the creepingly leftist location and incipiently leftist penal code of New York's first state prison with suitability.

Although Newgate was the embodiment of a new, "more enlightened" penal code--prior to Newgate, 16 crimes were punishable by death in New York, including murder, rape, robbery, treason, burglary, the taking of goods from a church, forgery and counterfeiting--it must be emphasized that treason and murder were retained as capital offenses as were all other felonies, if committed a second time

Truth-in-advertising compels me to disclose that Newgate no longer exists. But this small detail should pose absolutely no problem for the clintons and their promiscuous campaigns, all of which being, after all, mock documentaries about non-entities, the paradoxical personification of nothingness.

"Punctuating everything were thoughts of Humpty Dumpty. 'Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall' . . . It just seemed as though the world were falling down, like Humpty Dumpty."
--Chelsea Clinton's claimed contemporaneous comtemplation of the collapsing Twin Towers, Talk Magazine

"When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful
tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean neither more nor less."

"The question is," said Alice, "whether you can make words mean
so many different things."

"The question is," said Humpty Dumpty, "which is to be master that's all."

--Through the Looking-Glass

CASHINGTON is a portmanteau construction of New York and Washington; both the construction and the device are especially apt for describing the "Through the Looking-Glass for real" Humpty Dummy clinton years. (Lewis Carroll and Humpty Dumpty were fond of using portmanteau...and the Humpty Dummies were/are fond of using the two cities.)

"'O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!' He chortled in his joy." Carroll coined the word chortle (combining 'chuckle' and 'snort') in Through the Looking-Glass.

Humpty Dumpty uses portmanteau to describe the word slithy, saying, "It's like a portmanteau--there are two meanings packed up into one word" (the meanings being "lithe" and "slimy").
