Washington (CNSNews.com) -Liberal groups, declaring war on President Bush's judicial nominees, took their case to the media Thursday. Their primary target was Charles W. Pickering, President Bush's choice to sit on the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, but a man liberals say is guilty of pursuing "a far-right conservative agenda."
The Liberals do not like Charles W. Pickering because he is not a liberal. Awwww, and I thought liberals were pro-choice.

When you have avid baby-killing proponents getting mad, you know that Bush has made a good choice.

Pickering, from Mississippi, is described as a friend and political ally of Sen. Minority Leader Trent Lott (R-Miss.). Oh, what a trustworthy constitutionalist he must be.

Let them try and block any of his nominations. The public is with W on this one and the greater the circus surrounding Johnny Walker and the liberal lawyers will only embolden that position. It will be a circus but it totally exposes the idiocy of the lawyers and the liberals. People will definitely want conservative judges (or shall I say, non-activist judges) on the bench. Time for sanity in the judiciary. Go W!

The Rats are behaving like two year olds again. You would think they would be staisfied after getting eight years worth of far left liberal activists with squishy resumes appointed to the court (or in some cases, outright purchase of judgeships by Clinton donors).
