The fraud, larceny and thievery seems to live on forever with those people.
Along, of course, with their lies, assaults, obstructions, mysterious deaths, and assorted felonies too numerous to name.
Damn them all.

"...His name should never be spoken without that preceeding it or following it!"If you're around here often enough?
You'll see Clintigula's name usually has that title.
...or worse 'cuz that one's about as nice as it gets; besides maybe, "The Bent1". :o)

When I see that picture of Clinton on the cover of Esquire, I get such a disgusted feeling in my stomach. That one picture says it all about billy-jeff...the presidency was all about HIM and nothing at all about "doing the work of the American people." WHAT a POMPOUS, EGO-MANIACAL, SELF-ABSORBED, ARROGANT, DISPICABLE EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN-BEING (and hillary too!). And the fact that this country elected him TWICE says volumes about how low we've sunk into the abyss of moral decay.

"Of course, if they ever read this, their insipid and convoluted solution would be to try to do MORE (unConstitutionally) for education at the Federal level."Oh boy; have you met summer?
Look; I'm a BIG proponent of education.
Not a lot more important to me than education & especially when the subject's our pre-college kids.
~and no; I did NOT need Hillary Rotten-to-the-Core-of-the-Floor Clinton to tell me that, either.
But y'know?
I like to think of education in a similar context to the old country saying, "You can lead a horse to water; but, you can't make 'em drink it."
We should to see to it that for those who want an education?
Have proved their desire via their HS OR middle-college grades?
Recieve help attaining that education & in the least?
NOT harm their chances!
But on the flip-side?
We must work equally hard to prevent those who don't have a serious desire from screwing-up the system, too.
Then, when they've discovered their *scheme* has been detected?
That they're now going to recieve precisely what they've earned?
Make damned certain they're howls & accusations of how their, "rights" have somehow been denied are answered in the only logical way there is: a copy of their xcripts.
One day a HS drop-out's gonna be a mighty valuable commodity; if they keep going like they are.
It'd behoove the world of acadamia to deal with that spectre now; & stop being so shortsighted, & greedy.
...it must become an accepted fact a university certification is a potentially dangerous weapon; if in the hands of a fool.

Be interesting to see how much money bebe Cuomo managed to scam over and above the millions he scammed earlier.
To: Landru
the reason "they won't go away" is that Republicans keep bringing this stuff up... bonuses have been paid for years, by all administrations--do the math --most of these bonuses are in the 10 grand range--big deal! is it worse than Enron executive making 10's of millions at the expense of breaking hardworking people's lives apart? have government entities ever "met performance standards"--under any administration? No... for god's sakes, put these people to bed and move on...
To: Howie
Don't forget about the massive bonuses given to the postal service execs, administrators and others.
To: winallcosts
"No...for god's sakes, put these people to bed and move on..."Oh yea, that right?
Next time?
Why not just saying, "Nothing here; move-on."
Those words, & said in that order, work just like a ping list; for a real conservative.
{wink-wink}
..."My name if Jahn Jahnsen; I am from Wisconsin." ~geshhh.

Wanna bet our Bush administration has permitted all of these *executives* to remain in those positions, too. Wanna bet these are all Senior Executive Service (SES) Civil Service positions, not political positions, so he CAN'T fire them by law ??? Mind you, lots of politicals squirm their way into such positions. . . .

Thanks, Salgak.
Would you believe that up until
MissMarple (above) informed me of the very same fact?
I'd never really knew/understood that detail.
...I done been squared-up, educated, & cut-loose already; you're late. {g}

if itn were up to me, they'd never be mentioned again...clearly, there is an absolute infatuation with Bubba-why in the world is the thought of the guy so infuriating?-it's OVER, for gods sake... nothing here--move on....
To: Salgak
Fire them? For what? Taking home a bonus to the family? Now that's kinda anti-Republican, ain't it? Once again--they get bonuses from every administration. Always have. And 10K in take home is hardly pork--almost sounds like a tax cut to stimulate the economy...

"Since I've been teaching, I have yet to see a single scrap of paper from the Fed DoE." And yer One of the Lucky Ones...LOL!! The Federal Dept. of Education does absolutely NOTHING but meddle in the business of folks who are actually attempting to teach. The day Carter created the DOE was the day the schools became fated to the Mediocrity we enjoy today. And this by no means is saying that all Public Schools are performing poorly, but I can pretty well imagine that the Good Public Schools out there wouldda been Good Public Schools without DOE Involvement.

May I ask you a question?
I mean;
aside from us being
one big happy family -- minus group hugs & sing-alongs of such classics as,
"Kumbuya"?
We are in fact
all quite anonymous; agree, winallcosts?
So tell me:
how old are you?
...I think I should know that, before I respond; although, I cannot keep Mudboy Slim from comin' for ya now, either.
Slim?
Go up a half-dozen lines or so & follow this one's train of thought, reasoning, & logic; be that as it may.
What's your opin, Slim?
I'll do what you recommend.
