I think the point of the original post was not 'Who is responsible for pregnancy.'
It was indeed trying to say that Men are responsible for Abortion. If a man should cause an Abortion he will go to jail unless he holds a medical degree and works in a building licensed to kill children.

Exactly. When men are granted the right to veto the abortion of their own baby, a right which they had in many states prior to Danforth (1976) and by all that's holy must have again, then they can take half the blame. Right now, the only person legally empowered to prevent a prenatal baby's life from being aborted is the woman, and therefor she bears 100% of the responsibility for the baby's death by abortion.
