1.8 MILLION CLINTON WHITE HOUSE E-MAILS FINALLY FOUND!

(Washington, DC) - Judicial Watch, the public interest law firm that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, said today that the government, in a court filing January 9, 2002, has admitted that it found 1,844,242 e-mail from the Clinton-Gore White House. This e-mail has never been searched in response to subpoenas and documents requests from Judicial Watch, Congress, and independent counsels. The e-mail were restored at a cost to taxpayers thus far of $12,066,346. The e-mail, which is in the custody of the National Archives, must now be searched pursuant to court orders.

Judicial Watch, which is prosecuting the Filegate $90 million class action lawsuit on behalf of those whose FBI files were misused by the Clinton White House, first exposed the e-mail scandal in early 2000 through its client Sheryl Hall, a former top computer official at the Clinton White House, who testified that incriminating e-mail concerning virtually all the Clinton-Gore scandals had never been produced as they should have in response to document requests and subpoenas. Another Judicial Watch client, former White House computer contractor Betty Lambuth, also testified (along with others) that high-level White House officials threatened Northrop Grumman White House computer contractors to keep quiet about the hidden e-mail or face jail and firing. These threats occurred in the middle of the Lewinsky scandal. The scandal was the subject of a months-long evidentiary hearing that included the testimony of the late Charles Ruff, John Podesta, and Cheryl Mills. The court is in now considering whether to commence criminal contempt proceedings. A decision is expected soon.

“We are confident that the e-mail contains a treasure trove of information concerning Filegate, Chinagate, and, yes, even Enrongate. Any incriminating e-mail will be part of renewed Judicial Watch efforts to put the Clintons in jail,” stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.

I want these ba$tards prosecuted for one reason, and ONLY one reason. We had an entire generation grow up watching the Clintons commit say, 150 crimes. The reward was 18 million dollars and no jail time!! Do you want this legacy for our children? I think NOT.

I agree, of course, but if my neices are any indicator, they just view the clintons as a dirty joke to be snickered at.... FWIW!

Are you going to go on Luis' show to defend your pal Larry? I think Luis said he would consider doing the show if you participated. Otherwise you'll just have to get used to him eating your lunch on these threads.

Can't help but wonder what this money was spent on. Did the entrenched Clinton supporters and Democrat patronage job-holders cause delays, obfuscations, etc? Just like during the Clinton Impeachment, they cried how much money this was costing the taxpayers, without of course admitting it was spent because the Clintons would stonewall and not provide documents, thus raising the cost of prosecution. The Clintons should be jailed just for that alone - misappropriation of government money for their own aggrandisement.

I think that you are starting to believe your own spin.

Hey Chooser, I guess this is one more example of the administration not investigating anything related to the Clintons.

Yo! VA! I don't think Chaser has it in him to go on the air with me, I better go to plan "A" for this weeks' show, he was plan "B".

DC is spiritually toxic and contageous, it appears

Hi Cowgirl
accurate perception
I backed George Bush 100% in his campaign for President
I backed him 100% when they tried to steal the election away from him
and I was prepared to back him 100% in the effort to bring the clinton corruption to Law
I remain baffled why no one in the GOP in DC (other than Dan Burton and the Impeachment Manager from Georgia) have appetite
for bringing this to Law

hi catfish
I like your post 107
I agree with you
clinton ran his presidency as a crime wave
It was reasonable to expect it to be brought to Law when we got George Bush in
So much courage was demonstrated by so many when clinton held absolute power
that it is disheartening, that now that the Law is back in power
it is not choosing a courageous path

''There are very few in this country who want the spectacle of a clintoon trial. I sure don't''
I do. ''Big time.''

Hi concerned about politics
I am with you
First I want every allegation of clinton curruption to be brought to Law for full investigaton
I want all the truth to be found
I know clinton was a brilliant career criminal who never left any evidence
(the blue dress was a miracle)
It's possible there may not be another proveable case against him
If there is, I want a Trial
If there is not --
then everything he did in the dark will be brought to light
For me punishment of clinton is not the issue
But the Law as means of finding truth is
Love, Palo

Count on Common Tator to blab endlessly about how Klayman is practically in cahoots wth the Clintons every time JW announces the latest.

Fact is, with any other (republican) president, any of the items actually uncovered by JW--buried under the Clinton cesspool with the aid of the media--would sink them.

Whether or not anything comes of this latest (probably won't unfortunately), Klayman is trying to nail Clinton. And I'll take that any time over Common Tator and others' negativity!

Hi freefly
good post (92)
I agree with you
Here in Arizona my friend's sister just spent a year in prison
and her toddler daughter was put in foster care for a year
because she was caught possessing a minute amount of cocaine
slick willy broke every Law on our books
it causes cynicism to watch him walk
No man is above the Law -- not even former Presidents

$12 MILLION to restore e-mails????? I think THAT should be investigated....What did they do, type each one in by hand???

*sigh*

When I first read this I thought it said $12 THOUSAND and I thought that sounded reasonable...
