I think it sounds like a feasible idea, but I don't believe in a deliberate cover-up. I also believe that in cases like this where an accident is possible that the terrorists responsible would make it known it was an act of terrorism.

I'm not so sure...the worst kind of terror is not knowing. If the terrorists identify themselves, there is someone or some group at which to direct our anger, which is part of a coping mechanism.
