So if I go on the radio, or tv or write an article and recite King's 1963 speech, I will then be liable? Huh?

What is the legal basis here? USA Today taken to court for re-printing a public domain speech?

I have an old LP live of the events on the Mall in 63 Mahalia sings, Martin and others speak...as a historical piece it is interesting...Will I have to pay the King Family money because it infringes upon their money making rights?

I wouldn't be unhappy if the family squeezed everyone so tight, we never heard a work about King again.
