Hank also has hosted guests who have authored books on how to "save" Mormons.

Hanagraaf often opens his show to various points of view that he himself may not be in agreement with. He's had on calvinists a number of times, for example.

"Some say the line between church and state is blurred."

Weasel words. Translation: "This is just my personal prejudice opinion, but I don't want to identify it as such."

"Some say" is bad reporting and worse editing.

Where can I find a local Sneering Agnostic church?

The Sneering Agnostics meet every night in Algore's basement.

PS - You will not find me there. : )

Thanks for the ping, Ron. I think I saw the PBS special Hugh refers to. They did make the Mormons look like whackos using all the typical press tricks...interviewing the most disgruntled ex-member, finding and featuring a member who was arrested, etc., etc. Shame on the press.

Wasn't Salt Lake City recently called the best city in the nation to do business in? In the first millenium when monks built monasteries in out of the way places, cities would eventually grow up around them because the monks were good neighbors. Christians are good neighbors.

We all know the L.A. Times is commie toilet paper to wipe one's arse with. They only believe in freedom of the press when it suits their communist agenda. That's why they're losing money. Nobody's buying their toilet paper.

Your #8:

In [secularist] eyes if a person who goes to church holds public office that person has "crossed the line of Separation between Church and State."
... and of course they are hoping thus to keep church-attending people out of public office so there will be more secularist office-holders. If that is what they say, it is rather self-serving.

Yes. And they absolutely believe that they are correct. They really fear people with a sound moral foundation.

They use bullying tactics to get people with "Christian values" to sit down and be quiet. We cannot give them a pass any more. Their view of government led to the collapse of our inner cities. The rot will only spread if we do not demand personal responsibility and accountability.

Thanks for the ping. Very interesting article.

Hew Hughitt is one of my favorites.

Glad to see someone calling the media on their inherent anti-religion bias.

The Mormons are some of the best friends we have when it comes to conservative issues. They can use our support just as they have supported our causes.
