Enron Corp., with revenue reaching $100 billion and a market capitalization that made the company the seventh-largest energy corporation in the world, had nowhere to go but up. The year 2000 had been great and 2001, well, who knew?

You wouldn't make a pimple on a "big deal."
Enjoy your short stay, troll.
I's a contribors....ya no?
A couple of days ago I did a Google search for any reference to the "George C. Could be but I don't appreciate its attitude.
BTW, was that the highway between Montgomery and Dothan, AL?
I'm not sure where it was exactly, but we were on the highway (I remember the billboard announcing that I was entering the "George C. Wallace Whiteway") during a brief cut through a corner of Alabama. Without consulting a map, I am guessing it was the southeastern corner of the state. It was a long time ago.
Probaly it. Dothan is SE Alabama as is Ft. Rucker, the stomping grounds of Army Aviation. George Corley Wallace was Governor in the 60s when I was there. From Dothan its a straight shot south to Panama City.
Well, it used to be, anyway. :=)
