I saw the amount of debt of $3 billion after last night's revelations that LIEberman had received a lot of money from Citigroup and said WOW! LIEberman needs to recuse himself now and we need to lead the fight to get him to do it.
Holy Joe won't recuse himself. Only honest men like John Ascroft understand that ethics are not something decided by committee. But I find the connection amusing, and I have always been astounded at how poorly Citigroup and its predecessors have been managed. They're a bunch of half-wits in grey flannel suits.
BTW: my bet is that our president will yet again amaze his countrymen and the world by leading the charge to bring the miscreants in this case to justice. Onward!
