Every pregnant woman who leaves a Crisis Pregnancy Center is still healthy and alive and so is her child.

NARAL and its allies accuse the centers of "luring" women under false pretenses. "There, there honey, it's just a clump if tissue."

. An increasing number of crisis pregnancy centers are converting to licensed medical clinics, which offer ultrasound Unlike PP who won't even LET the pregnant girl LOOK at the monitor!!!!!!!!!

As noted in
this post:
See the chart in this post. New York abortionists kill more black and hispanic babies than white babies. Planned Parenthood and their related butchers have always been a means to suppress minority births, and that's why Spitzer is protecting them. Another related thread.

Thanks, again, for the links.

If Mr. Spitzer cared a bit about women's health and informed consent he would ask for the same materials from every abortionist in New York State.
Go to this post to read how the risk of breast cancer after abortion has been covered up by those who are supposedly entrusted to care for women's health.

In the Bronx, not at the hospital...
In 1999, the latest year for which statistics are available, there were more abortions than live births in the Bronx: 23,060 to 22,417.

More to the point: why exactly is the pro-choice movement and its friend Eliot Spizter afraid of free market competition? If they think pro-life pregnancy centers are so "deceptive" and they deliver services to women under false pretenses you'd think they would play it up in the open market instead of taking legal action to shut down their competition. Maybe the real reason they've decided to pursue the latter option is that women have decided to follow their pocketbooks to the place that really offers a caring atmosphere and good care? If that weren't the case would you think women would flock enmasse by choice to the Planned Parenthood clinic and the truth is there's NOTHING the pro-life movement could have done to stop them. Which brings up something you don't see in New York Attorney General Spitzer's attempt to shut down pro-life centers operating in his state: the irony is the side's he's on that claims to honor and respect women's CHOICE is is fact OPPOSED to women being able decide what they want to do with their own bodies. And the pro-choice (what a misnomer if there ever was one!) crowd hypocritically claims all they want is to allow women to decide when they want to have a child. As we've seen their advocacy of choice ends when a woman decides not to get an abortion and keep her own child. The truth of the matter is that in a free market they'd trust women to go to them for their reproductive-related needs but they fear women would choose their competition. Which in fact is what is happening and why they've had to turn to their goon Spitzer to deny women the freedom to decide what's best for them. The pro-choice movement claims its competitors are guilty of deceptive practices and endangering women's right to control their own bodies? Its time they take a good long look in the mirror: they'll find its staring right back at them.

More to the point: why exactly is the pro-choice movement and its friend Eliot Spizter afraid of free market competition? Well, the only thing about the free market argument is that pro-life pregnancy centers
do not charge the woman anything. It is an entity that exists solely on donations.

ABORTION CAN CAUSE BREAST CANCER Why is that? Because when a woman becomes pregnant, her body is flooded with hormones to prepare for the growth and eventual birth of the baby. In layman's terms, the cells in the breast are 'opened' hormonally to do their job. They are hormonally 'closed' at the end of the natural pregnancy preparation when the body shuts the hormone flow down either through breast-feeding or through the end of the pregnancy. However, when an abortion takes place, it does not allow the hormones to flow naturally to close the breast cells. With the cells in the breast in the 'open' phase they are vulnerable to cancer.

Thanks for the ping, patent.
Is anyone else shocked and surprised that the State of New York, which is begging for Federal Funds to recover from the losses of 9-11, is wasting money on this man's salary???
At the very least, the Feds should dock NY the cost of his yearly pay. Perhaps the cost of his whole pro-abortion squad. (I believe that he's the same State's Attourney that prosecuted the priest for praying quietly on the sidewalk.
I'm appalled that he is demanding a list of the client's names. Is there no privacy or decency allowed in that State?
The agenda is to run the centers out of business, using tax money to hassle them in court. And to scare off women who might visit them, with propaganda and the threat of having their names given to third parties.

NARAL and company are doing their best to discredit those who promote a culture of life through peaceful means. NARAL's California chapter recently succeeded in shutting down one Bay Area crisis pregnancy program, First Resort, which had teamed with Kaiser Permanente and boasted a 99.3 percent client satisfaction rate. This is soooooooo sad.

Thank you for the ping ... my old heart can take just so much, then I have tyo turn aside for a while. [Anyone need a house designed for them?... It's my hobby for the last twenty plus years; have built several for myself and been instrumental in more than a dozen for others.]

Interesting how these feminist champions of letting women control their bodies have such little trust in women's minds. Probably a little transference at work here ... feminists being the primary proponents of the "Mother Earth as Misogynist" theory as well as the measures that deconstruct the fecund feminine nature in all its potency and true power.

Crush the competition? On several levels, it appears.
