Could you explain how that image of the Oort cloud on your link was made? It looks to me like a computer-generated fake that is supposed to prove the existence of something that isn't there. I see a dense array of dots (supposedly the Oort cloud) that is purportedly spherical, yet there is nothing above or below the sun, and nothing blocking the view of the "camera". Again, if complicated, smoke-screen math or abstract theories are involved (heh heh), don't bother.
