The last I looked our Constitution would not allow a tribunal without oversight by another court. Or did I miss something?

I will not sign, as I disagree (rather strongly) with the main premise - i.e., that 'everything < he > has done is consistent with Constitutional law'.

I will not be a party to cheerleading the bastardization of Constitutional principle - especially under the nebulous catch-phrase of 'security'.
