Yeah, right, uh-huh.......January 1, 2003 will se government imposing a ban because donuts are fattening and someone has a study somewhere that children are overweight and obese and don't get enough exercise.

The issue has always been about health? What a load of crap! The issue is serving customers and making oodles of MONEY in the process! Believe me, someone will start a doughnut business that serves non-smokers and their kids and they'll make a ton of money!

It is a necessary follow on. Everyone knows that people who stop smoking loose weight. Preventing these kids from getting their daily dose of second hand smoking will cause them to fatten up.

Most people who possess a functioning brain see it as an issue of business and profits. Democratic Socialists see it as an issue of children's health. When the stores that comply go out of business, where will the children go then?

Judging by the path this idiocy is taking they'll sue the stores that ban children for age discrimination.
