Dennis, he hasn't filed a law suit. He has hired a firm to act as his spokespersons, and to negotiate with the airline. He has asked the airline for two things. He would like them to admit that they didn't handle the situation very well, and appologize. He has also asked them to develop a policy so that other law enforcement personel won't have to miss flights like he did.
