This time period was also during the Bush Sr. adminstration when Chinese tech transfers (unprosecuted spying where the Bush administration called off US agents who caught Chinese agents so the Bush administarion could facilitate the transfers to CHina) was allowed because of "foreign policy"(world government?).

This behavior by the Bush admininstration included the giving or transfer of JSTARs radar used on US AWAC planes and the transfer occured near TInker AFB near Oklhaoma City. It also included the transfer of SDI (missile defense ) tech to China at Kirtland AFB near Los Alamos.

This pattern of behavior of the Bush Sr of protecting nuke transfers as foreign policy was repeated earlier when according to Sam COhen the US neutron bomb tech was transferred to China and the CIA knew about it (George Carver, Bush Sr) and the USG did not really prosecute anyone for it.

I suspect this EO of President Bush's is part of the diplomatic conduct of the war against terrorism. I suspect it is to make sure that China does not do something we don't want (like intervening in a Pakistan-India war on the side of Pakistan -- even China's promise to intervene would embolden Pakistan and make such a war more likely.)

I still think it's premature to claim that the Elites allowed 9-11 to happen, and at this point that doesn't make any sense to me. I wouldn't be surprised if that was true, though.

Credible reports of US war infrastructure going into uzbekistan early last summer, well before 9-11. Credible reports of the fibbers having their own agent inside the first islamic terr cell that hit the WTC in 93, and allowing it to happen. Credible reports of an OKC connection with islamic terr cells, thoroughly ignored and/or covered up, despite eyewitnesses and private investigators bringing evidence to the feds, years ago until current. Credible reports of high level spooks and ex-spooks (their corporations) short selling stocks that are related to what was effected severely in the WTC airplane attacks. So far it adds up to at least "seriously fishy smelling".
