Merry Christmas!

Such beautiful ladies, such beautiful hearts, and an adorable mascot to boot!

I'll line up for the brunch, then it's off to deliver cookies (baked just last night) to the neighbors, the Sheriff's substation, and the firehouse.

My kids are so spoiled, they INSISTED on red and green pancakes this morning. I think I set a bad precedent with the green eggs and ham thing. ;-)

When I return, ABC Family will be on all day, showing those great old Rankin-Bass Christmas specials (who could ever forget Heat Miser and Snow Miser--yes, I'm a child of the 70's). The French onion soup will be started, and a crock pot of spiced cider will scent the house. If anyone else has room after that yummy brunch, stop by!

Good morning, Barb - thank you for that post! Red and green pancakes....sounds Christmasy, alright! You could make them like little mouse faces, too, if you stuck two little bitty dollops of batter on top of a bigger one. :^)

You are wonder woman. Baking, and delivering cookies and the fun breakfast for your dear children and all the things you are doing.

It is such fun to take cookies around like that.
