UN GROUP CALLS FOR FINGERPRINTING EVERYONE!!!

Refugees meeting hears proposal to register every human in GENEVA, Dec 13 AAP|Published: Friday December 14, 7:18 AM

Every person in the world would be fingerprinted and registered under a universal identification scheme to fight illegal immigration and people smuggling outlined at a United Nations meeting today.

The plan was put forward by Pascal Smet, the head of Belgium's independent asylum review board, at a roundtable meeting with ministers including Australian Immigration Minister Philip Ruddock this afternoon.

Mr Smet said the European Union was already considering a Europe-wide system, using either fingerprints or eye scanning technology, to identify citizens.

But he said the plan could be extended worldwide. "There are no technical problems. It is only a question of will and investment," he said. "If you look to our societies, we are already registered from birth until death. Our governments know who we are and what we are. But one of the basic problems is the numbers of people in the world who are not registered, who do not have a set identity, and when these people move with real or fake passports, you cannot identify them.

"It's a basic rule of management that if you want to manage something, you measure it. It's the same with human beings and migration.

"But instead of measuring it, you have to register them."

Mr Smet said the scheme would give people dignity by giving them an identity if their papers had been lost or destroyed.

And he said it would allow countries to open their borders to genuine travellers or asylum seekers, because they would be able to prove the identity of any over-stayers and deport them without argument from their home country.

Mr Ruddock appeared unconvinced by the merits of the plan.

"In principle we would be supportive of a system which would crack down on multiple asylum claims, but a universal identification system would be taking it too far," he said through a spokeswoman.

Motorola seems well positioned and has even had an advertisement toward such ends a la keeping track of kids with one of their phone products. But you could also check out Popular Science and I forget the scientist turned believer who used to do secret work on the chip--whatever corporations he worked for.

Not vanity, VaBthang. If we don't tell them and make them aware, who will? That's the reason I often, where appropriate let them know what is predicted. Hopefully it will be food for productive thought.

Nice prints, Joe.

I just ran them on a top-secret ultra-secure 'prototype' system that I know about, and just hacked into in about 90 seconds.

I now know you VISA and bank balances, your eye & hair color, height, address, phone number, salary, employer, favorite ice cream flavor, every e-mail you have sent or recieved in the last 63 days, and weight (as of your last doctor visit, by cross-referencing to the national health care database).

You are quite late in changing the oil in your car, and therefore are liable to be fined by the UN Biosphere Enforcement Task Force (UNBETF) for excessive greenhouse gas emissions. Your oil level is also at least 1/2 quart low at the moment. See to it.

Do you really think that the criminals that are here illegaly, or otherwise, are going to come foward and give up their figerprints???

Then you are missing the dialectic of this I think. Those who are here now, cannot remain anonymouse for too long, and those that actually do, are the exception. With a plan like this in shape, it might take 10 years, but another plan will come in, one that points out your observation (Some missed the fingerprinting), and therefore a newer, more complete system must be provided, one that is controlled by the computers of the future.

If implants and biometrics are what is the craze today, they will be the norm tomorrow, and that is why Christians are screaming from the rooftops now, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved!! The time is here in our generation, and news like this proves it!

"But just imagine what they'd pull if we couldn't keep an eye on them..."

Like what? Badmouth us as they have for decades! They aren't going to pull much without our money and our military. They'll never love us so let's go for respect.

Unfortunately, Uncle Sam already has my prints cuz I bought a shotgun at a pawn shop and you gotta get printed if you wanna buy. It's bad enough to give Uncle Sam your prints, but to give it to the U.N. is unthinkable. Methinks they'll get more than they bargain for if they ever try this in the U.S. May the U.N. crumble at our feet!
