So when's NASA gonna help commercialize immediate space, put bases on the moon and start bases on Mars? I'm looking forward to a future of going into risky interplanatary businesses. If no progress is made the Russians, Japanese, Chinese and then the Indians will run the solar system.

With current technology there are no profits to be made in space. I wouldn't count on any of those other countries dominating the Solar System. It's too costly.
