And, I sincerely wish the Dem Leaders in FL would acknowledge all the good Gov. Bush has done for FL teachers.

To not do so is very dishonest, and makes Dem candidates look like liars, IMO.

I'll put the link to this in DUBOB 9- even though Florida is only 60 miles south of here, I cannot recall the last time I saw or heard Governor Bush's name mentioned by the news media. It's just one more thing "they simply don't like to to talk about..."

I know Gov. Bush met with GA Dem Gov. Barnes up there in GA on education issues within the past year, and they are reportedly planning to meet again in the spring, this time in FL.

Summer, dear, you never cease to amaze! As usual, well-reasearched, well-documented, artfully presented.

The quiz has encouraged me to review your earlier papers. We need to adopt many of Governor Bush's education initiatives here in the People's Republic of Maryland. It would be good for us homeschoolers and for the public system as well.

I've never been a fan of the "politics of heredity"...you know, where a candidate gets voted in because of his last name (see: Kennedy), and not because of independent qualifications. I voted for Texas Governor Bush because of I thought he was the best candidate, not because of his name. I'm beginning to believe that there could also be a national office in the future for Florida Governor Bush.

At the very least, he would be a good selection for Secretary of Education.

People can not convince me that conservatives are not open-minded. There is more thoughtful discussion on this forum than any other political web site, no contest.
