In the wiretaps, Krugel and Rubin tell the informant that the bombings should strike buildings and not human targets -- "because they still had not heard the end of the Alex Odeh incident," a reference to the ongoing investigation into the 1985 murder in Santa Ana, Calif., of Alexander Odeh, regional director of the American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee.

Odeh was killed when a bomb delivered to his office blew up. A $1 million reward for information leading to the arrest of anyone connected with the Odeh bombing was announced today.

You read that entire article and don't know real propaganda when you see it? One of the credos of the JDL is to bring HONOR to the Jewish Community. I am telling you right now that this was a major set-up, and if you knew aything about the history of the JDL, you would understand why both ADL, Muslim interests, and the FBI would have seen this time as a perfect opportunity to take Rubin out of the sphere of politics. Kahane Chai is becoming a movement again in Israel, the JDL would protect Jews from the REAL antisemitism in this country, and they definitely do not want a proud Jewery since the hangdog ADL is the image most people would RATHER see. We don't consider ourselves victims, this notwithstanding.

A million dollars 20 years later, for info leading to whoever bombed the scum, Odeh, will get them as many bogus witnesses as they can handle. Odeh was killed because of infighting between two factions, Hamas and Fatah, trying to control the funding and the way it was handled. This should make all you true haters proud. But you have it wrong. Irv Rubin is a name. JDL is an identity. It stands for strength and pride and has no interest in victimhood. So you won't kill the pride. You can only kill a man.
