Mary and Joseph were married, they had sex. Maybe even while she was pregnant with Jesus.

How sad that this lowly Catholic knows more about the Bible than you. From the original Bible of the Apostles, the KJV, Matt 1:25

And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.

Regardless of the definition of "till" you ascribe to, there is no way Joseph and Mary had sex while she was pregnant.

He knew her not? Or he knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son. From the scriptures the perpetual virginity of Mary is spiked. I wonder if her second born was also a virgin birth? My comment was facetious about sex before the birth, but you have answered the question of the day because of it, Mary had other children.
