There is no power given to the federal government to violate any of the rights listed in our bill of rights ever.

So you say. Well the DOJ has run this by scores of constitutional lawyers and they say it is constitutional...especially as it relates to war power acts. And we are in a state of war...unless you have forgotten that.

Show me the quote. And of course I'm not glad the attacks occurred. That is a rude question and I think the implications there are uncalled for.

Demidog, that was a cheap shot and one I apologize for. As for your challenges of OBL implication in 9/11 it's best that you save your arguments until the new video is released.

Apology accepted. I greatly appreciate it. I can't compliment you enough. As far as the new video, I am aware that it has been characterized as an admission that he was involved and it may be. However the last one was not an admission in any way.
